Everyone on our sites goes home safe.

Directors lead our safety culture. Our Health & Safety Officer audits sites, reviews RAMS and reports directly to the managing directors. We work to the main contractor's site rules and CDM 2015 duties, and we expect every operative to stop work if something isn't right.

RAMS process

Task-specific risk assessments and method statements prepared, reviewed and briefed before work starts.

Site inductions

Every operative inducted to the site rules, hazards and emergency arrangements of each project.

Toolbox talks

Regular, recorded toolbox talks on the risks that matter on that site, that week.

Carded workforce

Contact our team for the competence and certification requirements relevant to your project.

Quality & testing

Inspection and test plans, witnessed testing and full certification at handover.

Environment & renewables

Solar PV and battery storage are delivered through DCL Renewables.
